The Harley-Davidson FLSTN Softail Deluxe Heritage has a very low seat intended for relaxed handling at lower speeds. With the relaxed pull bar handle bars and the easy to reach side stand, handling this large bike is made easier by the design package. The Twin-Cam 96B engine and 6-Speed Transmission are more then enough to handle confident travel and cruising short or long distance. The bags are adequate for a week trip for one rider and with the luggage rack that comes with the bike, there is room for more stuff to be tied on. The Windscreen is effective, but comes off with the twist of a couple of knobs as do the bags.
That is about the bike in general, sort of facts parts. But it cannot describe parking the Two-Tone Root-Beer Brown Paint in the sun. Not even the images come close to the knock out look of the metallic paint sparkling through the multiply layers of clear coat. The two tone paint changes colors when viewed from different angles and is just amazing. The bike has almost no miles on it, 3,868 miles from new. The owner had the Whitewall tires replaced with Black Wall Tires when the bike was almost new, preferring the look over stock. The bike is equipped with a Corbin Seat, but the stock seats, as shown in the images come with it. The Exhaust is Vance and Hines Slashcuts, but the stock mufflers, that come the bike, are boxed and ready to go.
