The owner of this 2014 Can-Am bought it new from Water World for a grand total of $10,600 in ‘014. He was able to ride it just a few miles before medical issues changed his life and has had it parked in his garage since. He recently brought down to the shop with barely any dust on it with a total of 45 miles showing.
The Outlander DPS was a 500cc ATV which included Can-Am’s Tri-Mode Dynamic Power Steering in addition to Visco-Lok QE auto-locking form differential. What set the DPS system apart was that the driver can control the amount of assist with a flip of a switch. There are 3 Stations of Assist, the most used at slow speeds in 4WD where you are maneuvering around obstacles or making sharp turns while moving slowly. The least amount dialed in at faster speeds is for when you might reach higher speeds, say on gravel roads. The ATV is comes with two separate key functions, a Gray key that limits power and top speed to 43mph and a black key for top performance and speed.
He added the Can-Am Windscreen, Rifle Scabbard, and 3000# Winch and just last year, the ATV was taken over to Water World where the break-in oil was changed. It is as close to new as you are going to find, $4,000 less than was paid and ready to ride.
