This 2004 Desert Fox by Nash 4 Season all Weather 17 VS Toy Hauler belongs to a long time customer who has made the change to a full size coach and box trailer for ever expanding fleet of Quads and Side by Sides. As is his nature, everything had to be 100% ready to go to Christmas Valley or the Dunes and having a RV Tech for a next door neighbor did not hurt. The self contained Trailer will sleep four adults on a single queen and two twins. Cosmetically it is in great shape with new carpet on the kitchen area as you can see in the images. It was just serviced and gone through 05/31/2022 with the following done.

3. Flushed water lines through low point drain OK
4. Ran and check all faucets, shower and toilet OK
5. Filled hot water heater OK
6. Hooked water to city water hook up and tested OK
7. Pressurized water system, tested and OK
8. Plugged trailer to shore power and tested OK
9. Tester Converter, tested OK, 13.82 Volts to Battery
10. Ran stove, oven, furnace, water heater and Refer, tested OK
11. Ran water heater up to tempature. OK
12. Ran Refrigerator and tested OK
13. Ran AC unit, tested intake temp, 69 degree, output 34 degree
14. Ran beds down and up OK
