1934 Ford Roadster
Grants Pass, Oregon 97526
Price: $34,995 USD

This 34 Ford Roadster is flat unbelievably drop dead gorgeous. It has been with the same family for several years as their pride and joy and has come up for sale due to the settling of the estate. The finished car was purchased from an owner down south and getting the specific build is impossible at this point. We put the car on the rack and after going over it, it is possible to see obvious parts and the quality of the build.

The body is fiberglass, something I did not realize until we really started looking the car over carefully. The body work is absolutely straight and the paint in almost perfect condition. The doors close better than most late model cars, same with the trunk. The hood is all medal and the top bows look like original style operating systems. The interior is nicely done, the gauges include indicator lights for the transmission, what gear it is in including reverse. Now that does not sound important, but until you get in a car that has no indication of what gear or direction you are about to travel, you will understand. Perfect! There is a tilt steering wheel and Automatic Transmission. The seats are comfortable and well upholstered, the theme covering the door panels and trunk area.

Underneath, it appears to have a TCI frame, but with no tags or stamps, it is impossible to know for sure. In the images, you can see how good it is and the paint work done on it. The front beam is a Chassis Engineering Front Axle. Brakes are GM Calipers with vented rotors. The steering box is Vega and there is a Ford 9” in the rear with Pete and Jake’s Ladder Bars supported by Coil Over Shocks and Springs. The exhaust system is thermal coated and after looking over the images, you can see that the underneath side is as well finished as the top side.

The motor appears to be late model 350 Chevy with some nice parts bolted to it. There is are Offenhauser Valve Covers, Polished Aluminum Air Cleaner, Smoothed and Coated stock style Exhaust Headers, Polished Aluminum Oil Pan and a Single wire Alternator with one of the stoutest mounting brackets I have seen. There are plenty more then what I am listing, but not being able to talk with the builder, we have to go with what is in the images. The Transmission is a Turbo 350, again, as can be seen in the images with a custom pan covering the bottom. The car does not have any leaks showing and runs great, a perfect way to cruise or travel.
