This 2016 Harley-Davidson Sportster XL1200C combined a larger engine choice with the smaller Harley-Davidson chassis and 16” front tire to give a more agile feel compared to the Ultra Glides and Softails lines Harley offered. It also was a whole bunch less money to start with. Still, it offers one of the lowest rider seat heights in a full size motorcycle and is capable of stable and predictable cruising while still be easier to maneuver around town.
The motorcycle was purchased used in what we would call a drive-by-sale. Our consignor was in Talent a few years back and saw the bike with a For Sale sign in a driveway. I should be so lucky to have that happen here at the shop!!!
New tires had just been installed by the seller less than 1,200 miles ago. Being the educated rider our seller is, he had to have the best of the best exhaust system installed. A Bassani set up was ordered which not only looks beautiful but sounds absolutely perfect. Oil has been changed within the past 100 miles and it now has a full tank of premium fuel with stabilizer. A full tank of fuel, that never happens!
Cosmetically you only have to look at the images. The bike just sits right. Paint is without fault and the chrome will give you hours of delight this winter while polishing it while the bike is parked in your living room (good luck with that one). The stock exhaust system is included with the motorcycle.
