This 1997 Fleetwood Prowler 19LN is a one owner trailer, part of an estate that we worked with recently. As you can see on the license plate frame, it was bought new at Stevens Camping in Fremont, California. It was kept under an awning, which is where we picked it up. It had sat for an extended time, possibly 10 years but was in remarkably good order except for items that age out. It is fully self contained, roof air, large shower along with a private toilet. There is Dometic working Freezer/ Refrigerator, 2 x 6 Gallon Propane Tanks plus all the normal trailer self contained accessories you would expect. What struck me as different was the hardwood trim and real plywood paneling. No plastic veneers but real wood. The rest of the interior was in excellent condition, no holes, no lifting and the ceiling had no stains. The floors were solid with no soft spots.

Because it had been sitting, tires and wheels were replaced with new. The wheel bearings were checked and packed as necessary, a new battery and battery box installed, new safety chains installed along with a spare tire cover. The mattress was from 1998 so a new, firm closed cell, $875 mattress purchased. The roof had a few cracks in the sealer joints so it was resealed with Dicor sealer. A gas check was preformed and all systems checked, everything is good.

Everything was fixed and made ready to go camping. But being 6’2” I should have checked the bed length out before doing all of this reconditioning.
