This 2013 BMW F800GS was the best bike BMW was putting out at the time for the serious nuts and bolts rider. It is the modern version of the earlier air cooled twins, bullet proof, simple and light. It has all of the modern features we have come to expect such as FI, ABS and heated grips plus real suspension without the bulk of some “Dual Purpose” Teutonic wonders on the market today. Every time I get a chance to ride one of these, Gonzaga Bay in Mexico comes to mind and about how great it is there in spring time.
This bike has all of the features come to expect on a GS including the ESA option that allows dampening changes on the fly. Of course ABS Brakes, Heated Grips mounting system from BMW, all keyed alike to the ignition. There is the Bash Plate under the motor, strong enough to take a hit or two but not so heavy it makes the bike unwieldy. There is a set of BMW Hard Bags, a Tourtech Tank Bag, BMW Motorrad Navigator 1V GPS,
The F800 was purchased at Hansen’s BMW in 2013 and was serviced there until closing. Precision Motorrad in Medford has just performed a complete service and inspection which included drive train fluids, ABS Brake flush, new battery and tires front and rear prior to the bike being offered for sale. There is a bit of rash on the left side tank panel around the BMW Emblem, nothing serious but a cosmetic defect never the less.
