Our 2004 Motorcycle was purchased new at Hansen’s BMW Ducati of Medford and serviced regularly through the years. Nothing was spared with regards to service and the bike was enjoyed up to the last few years. One of the additions to the bike that most others will not see is the Valentine Radar Detector stealthy hidden in the headlight assembly with the receiver in line with the rider’s sight.
We sold the motorcycle to a very long term customer that lives in Anchorage, Alaska who has been leaving his motorcycle with us for over 15 years now. When it is ugly up there, he flies down, picks up his bike and off he goes for tours around the Northwest. Name a road number and he has been on it!
Last spring he dropped off the bike and headed home. It needed tires, a belt and valve service and most likely fluids swapped out. Times have changed and he is not going to be returning to ride the bike and asked if I would sell it for him.
And so I am.
The sound of the Dry Clutch will always be waking up traffic at stop signs and in traffic, a sound that is so Ducati in nature.
