Either you love or hate FJ’s. The long list of pluses is stacked against the rear door and seating which some cannot get over. Having driven this FJ I cannot say I notice the rear seats or door while driving, but being totally surprised at what a great driver it is and how sound a truck Toyota built.

FJ’s were well respected for their stock off road ability which was not hurt by the locking rear differential, ample stock suspension travel and IRS front end while still providing a very livable street experience some would say is a whole bunch better than a Jeep Wrangler, The V6, with 240-hp was a typical bullet proof Toyota power plant with recommended service as was the rest of the drive train.

Before coming to the shop to be sold, the FJ was serviced and a per-inspection was completed prior to being presented. I also drove the Cruiser around town for the day and was impressed with the quality of the ride and the total lack of squeaks and rattles most cars live with. Tires are at least 80%, the interior has no surprises, everything about the truck seemed like it was ready for a drive to Seattle if that is where you were headed.

As mentioned above, a pre-sale inspection has been completed, if you want to have a second opinion, we will be glad to deliver the truck to a local shop for re-look.
