1933 Dodge Pickup

About twenty-five years ago my good buddy Dave decided his wife needed a cool Hot Rod to Cruise 6th and 7th in Grants Pass. Not any Hot Rod but something you would not normally see and to be done as Rat Rod. Hence, the 1933 Dodge Pickup with Suicide Doors, a Built GM 270, 6 cylinder with the body Channeled 4”.
A frame was bought, Suspension parts, Axles, Brakes, tons of new stuff and Dave gave himself up to what he does best, creating a “1960’s” style build Rat Rod. The first year he went real strong on the build but other Rigs came along, work and the annual trips to Baja and so the project got pushed to the back of the shop. Further and further until it was practically forgotten until about six months ago when his most recent build went to paint.
The ’33 was pulled out, dust blown off and our buddy Dave threw himself into it. His enthusiasm lasted two weeks which the about same time his ‘32 came back from paint. Finally he realized he could not bring himself to build enough courage and energy to finish the Dodge.
And so here it is, an unfinished project ready for the next creative genius to drag across the finished line. This is the list Dave gave me that is included with the truck.
