A good customer wanted to get his kids into Karting and picked up the Birel Kid’s Kart to start his 5 year old in. The Kart is normally used up to age 8, but class rules vary club to club. The only thing it collected was dust in the shop and he asked if we would find a family looking to get their kids into Karting that might want to buy a quality Kart. The engine is Comer single speed centrifugal clutch set up and is ready to go. We ran the engine in the shop and everything was good. It is going to need a carb refreshening but that may get resolved just running it. The price is reasonable, so the new racer will have room in the budget to resolve minor issues if they do turn up.
