2017 BMW F700GS Facotry Low Suspension

We have had several F800GS’s over the years and I love them for one up riding. They are good on the highway, good enough off road and bullet proof with regular maintenance. In 2013 BMW came out with the F700 to replace the F650, basically a simplified F800 with lower suspension, lower seat and more economically sourced components. What remained the same was the basic 800cc twin, a little more under stressed if anything.
This brings us to our one owner 2017 model which BMW with the additional Factory Low Suspension option. Low and lower! BMW describes the bike like this, “The new F700GS is geared more towards motorcyclists who do not yet need quite the same level of off-road expertise. Its strengths are a lower seating height, all-round capabilities for everyday use and more than sufficient power while also offering outstanding economy. As usual, there is once again a wide range of options and special accessories for the F700 GS to allow you to tailor your BMW to your individual preferences.”
Our bike has tons of accessories installed. There are the factory Vario Case Expanding Saddle Bags, BMW Factory Crash Bars, EVO Rear Bag, ROX Bar Risers, W-Motech Tank Bag and a Hard wired RCA Jacket for Heated Gear. The motorcycle was sold new at Hansen’s BMW and serviced regularly including an oil change and inspection done on 11/22/2023, just before being brought in for consignment. Tires are about 50% but it was decided that every BMW rider has their own tire preference and the selling price would leave room for the next owner to make that decision.
