I was trying to figure out what the G650X Country did not sell like pancakes at an Over Eater’s Convention when they were new until I saw the new bike price. The bike has all the right parts, Aprilia 650 Single, dry sump engine, light weight and optional ABS brakes (you can switch them off) and great looks. But $9400 before license and fees? Wow, that was a ton. Great bike, but priced right out of the market place.

This 2007 G650X Country we got in has just over 4000 miles showing from new. It was obviously adult owned and kept and is in good order. The bike is perfect as a Dual Sport, ADV bike with aggressive tires, long travel suspension and very light weight. The street side of the bike is also excellent with ABS Brakes and great handling. Why suffer? Accessory bags were added, a tank bag and a tail pack, enough for serious over nighters but most of us would want to order a Giant Loop Bag out of Bend if you were headed to Baja for some single track riding. Oil has just been changed and the bike is cosmetically without flaws.
