When I came outside there was this beautiful White 2010 Ferrari 458 Italia sitting on Anodized Red Rims just barely taller than my waist. It fired up and it was more than I expected, I did not want to like the sound of a 570 HP V8 coming out a Aakrapovic Exhaust System but there was no stopping the hair on my arms from tingling. I hate being predictable!

The 2010 458 Italia is a Ferrari two-seat, mid-rear engine exotic sport coupe, the result of a design approach integrating style and passion with cutting-edge, track-derived technology. It was designed for an owner whose priority is on-road performance with occasional track day capability, but can still drive a car that is useable in day-to-day commuting. The 458 Italia's 570-horsepower direct-injected 4.5-liter V8 engine sends power through 7-speed dual clutch transmission with F1-style steering column-mounted shift paddles that allow for extremely quick gear changes. The standard E-Diff3 is an electronic limited-slip rear differential that varies the distribution of torque based on inputs such as steering angle and lateral acceleration. Brembo brakes featuring carbon-ceramic material discs as standard. Magnetic fluid-filled shock absorbers react instantly to road conditions and driver inputs. A switch on the steering wheel, called a manettino, integrates suspension, traction control, stability control and shifter systems and allows the driver to choose the optimum setting for current conditions. The standard 6-disc CD/MP3 stereo features a 30-gigabyte hard drive and Bluetooth wireless connectivity.

The quarter mile takes 11.1 Second with 0-60 the first 3.3 seconds of that. Fuel economy has to be the last question anyone will ask who is seriously passionate about owning a 458.

Cosmetically it is excellent for the showing 15,000 miles. The front splitter has a couple of curbing marks on it and the rear splitter under tray has been bottomed. The underneath of the car is without a mark. It has a clear bra applied to the front and the wings have it removed by a previous owner. The driver’s side seat bolster has wear marks from getting in and out but everything else presents beautifully. Ferrari did the “Sticky Switch replacement not too long ago at a significant cost. The wheels are after market but the stock rims are no longer available. Service history starts at 6,000 miles with the last Ferrari service done within the past 300 miles.
