2000 Honda VFR800Fi

In 2000, American Honda was the sponsor of Reg Pridmore’s CLASS Motorcycle Safety Schools and as such, supplied a fleet of late model Honda’s for Reg to use as control bikes and to demonstrate the techniques and riding skills he taught. I was lucky enough to log thousands of miles at the track on the VFR as an instructor with CLASS and still in awe of what the VFR, in stock condition, was capable of. No mercy was shown running the bikes at higher RPM’s for days at a time with a competent, stable chassis supporting that great sounding V4 engine.

This local, one owner, 2000 Honda VFRFi Interceptor has been fastidious kept and serviced from day one. Going over it, it is difficult to find any cosmetic issues anywhere. The bike still wears it’s stock muffler, the rest of the bike being similar, in factory stock condition. The only change has been the Sargent Saddle which was ordered when the bike was almost new. What is a pleasant surprise, this is one of the few VFR’s that I have seen that was not in Honda Red!

On order is a new rear tire which will be mounted and installed prior to the bike being delivered to the new owner. Taking a week to get it in and the bike is too pretty to leave sitting around the shop without pictures being taken!

The selling price for this motorcycle is $4,995. VIN# JH2RC4607YM201550 and miles are 11,301.
