The 2010 BMW K1300GT weighted one more pound then the bike it replaced that year. The HP was improved to almost 160hp and it was said to be the most powerful Sport Touring Motorcycle available then. The basic bike remained the same, using the Hossack derived BMW Duolever front suspension which gave the bike such incredible stability at “elevated” touring speeds on the open road. There were a host of minor changes aimed at rider comfort, but BMW did not stray far from a proven package that was the top of heap for high speed tourers in previous years.

This particular bike was purchased from Hansen’s BMW new and has been serviced regularly there by its owner. The bike was recently in the shop for an oil change, a new battery and tires, front and rear and a quick one over receiving a clean bill of health from the dealer.
