This 2015 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually Extra Cab 4x4 is the perfect truck for someone that is going to be pulling a large load or serious trailer. With the Automatic Transmission, the maximum trailer weight rating is 21,460 pounds. Besides all of the usual full power options, the 6.7 liter Cummins Diesel, with 385 HP and 865 pounds of torque, can deliver Fuel Mileage in the low 20’s unloaded and driving at posted speeds.
The truck was ordered as a Tradesman model, but having had several late model Ram 3500’s this year, this is the best driving one so far. What was noticed was the lack of Turbo Lag that the previous trucks had. On the freeway it drove well unloaded and reminded me of a 2003-2005 Ram 3500, the best Dodge Ram built in the past 15 years.
The bed is set up for a 5th Wheel, but obviously what ever style of set you think is appropriate will fit perfectly. Tires look to be about 75%, no service is needed, the truck is ready to go. The power train is warranted to 100,000 miles.
